My Goals:
~To lose 60 lbs by 2010.

~To have more energy to do things.

-To be able to run for more than a few minutes at a time. I've never been much of a runner, but I'm learning to enjoy it.

My Program:
~Cardio at least 4 times per week for a minimum of 30 minutes.

~Strength training with stability ball & dumbbells (at home) & with the weight training machines (at work) a minimum of 3x per week.

~Eat 4-6 servings of fruits/ veggies per day.

~Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Personal Information:
~I have been happily married for 6 years to one of my best friends from high school & we have two beautiful children.

haha well its not paid maternity leave thats for sure. they authorize the 6 weeks postpartum + 12 weeks parental. and if i take the full 12 i then get 12 weeks Sick Child just in case.
but we prepared very well for our son from even before we decided to start trying.

i have endometriosis, which is another culprit in my chubbiness. im trying to kick it in the pants.

anyhow man i feel good that you arent perfect at this food thing. i PIGGED OUT on bread last night and felt SO guilty.
i shouldnt be allowed in restaurants alone...

awww glad to hear the kiddos are we;ll!!

funny story i think little 3 month old julian is in very beginning teething.
drool everywhere. doesnt wanna eat. hard time sleeping and when i gave him a chilled teether he grinned so big lol. i think i have a little bit of time thoiugh before it cuts so im excited. my baby cant have teeth so early!!! ill gladly take an average baby tio an early bloomer lol.
