The time is right
Hi My name is Wendy. I am now 56 years old. I have two grown up sons and three precious grandchildren.
I have chronic kidney disease, I am curently in stage 5 of this disease, which is the end stage where you may need to go on dialysis at some point.
1. I need to lose weight and become fitter, healthier and stronger so that I can delay going onto dialysis
2. have a chance to go on the kidney transplant list.

I have now been a member of Sparks for 2 years. and I have changed my life dramatically. It has been the best experience of my life.
