WATCHING MY WEIGHT AT HOME NOW.

I feel that I finally get it. I'm serious about losing weight now and since I started over, my start weight was 289.8, I lost some and then gained 2.2 lbs, this scared me but I went on to lose 4.4 lbs to bring my weight back to 276 lbs, I'm going to take it from here and hoping that I don't slip, cheat or give up.

This is going to take some time as 100 lbs is not an easy task but, so far I've got 86.2 more lbs to goal. I 'm ready this time and praying I will have good news ahead ...

I messed up numerous times since I left 289.8 but recovered as I now weigh 259.6 even still yesterday 08-27-13 I over did it with some whippy creamy yogurt and caused the scale to hit 260 this morning but my actual weigh in is Sunday. I've got to get the scale back to the 250's and so on.

Just had to get it off my chest by writing it down.

I went out of town this weekend to my nieces new home (Serrina) there, is where my over eating started, after losing all this weight on March 21st, I'm so upset with myself but I've decided what's done is done and I can only start all over and hope for the best on my weigh in Wednesday the 28, I'm going to try and eat less and work out to bring the lbs back to at least, where I was last week, I pray I didn't gain much. emoticon

I'm feeling pretty good about this particular weight loss, yesterday I lost 1.2 lbs which is a total of 10.8. When I started weighing myself on January 14th 2012 I weighed in at 289.8. I'm glad to be out of the 280's now and working on getting out of the 270's now. I'm very serious finally. emoticon

I too have gotten lax and not nearly as focused on my weight loss goals as I need to be!
