My Goals:
To lose 12 pounds and be toned, toned, toned!


My Program:
I work out with dvds at home 3 to 4 days a week. I'm currently doing Kathy Smith Power Walking most days. It's something I can do indoors at work, so this is perfect. Other days I'm still doing Les Mills Combat, a MMA type of workout & CIZE, a DANCE workout. For strength training, I do Turbo Fire resistance band workouts and ChaLEAN Extreme dumbbell workouts.

I eat pretty clean (no white stuff, no artificial sweeteners or trans fats) 95% of the time and prefer to cook, rather than go out to eat.



Personal Information:
I'm happily married to my soulmate, Jim - for 29 years now. We live in the country and have 4 kids between us. 'Our' baby graduated from college 4 years ago and married 2 months later so we're empty-nesters and have adjusted really well to it. It's been quite different as we've had children around since the day we met.

    Hi Wanaka, is there one exercise that l can be persistent in to build muscle? Right now l'm working on my triceps. When l'm waving goodbye, l don't want my arms to jiggle. Help! emoticon I need arms like these. emoticon Yeah.

    Hi Wanaka, l saw that you left me a message. Yet l kept forgetting when l signed on. Looking at your page, l realized l got new glasses also in 2016. Girl, we have a lot in common.
    Well back to business, l lost my muscle tone. Now l have to work hard to build it back. Help!
    It only took two weeks and my muscles were gone! emoticon I wish l had known about that. Yet l'm going to PRESS Forward. Talk to you soon. emoticon

    Hi Wanaka, you went to Hawaii, l envy you. Smile! That's where my daughter had her honeymoon. They only stayed alittle over a week. I truly want to go some day, yet l want to stay atleast, three weeks.
    I just updated my status, now l'm 5 pounds lighter, heading down to 168. That will be the 15 pounds that l'm after.
    Again you're been so helpful and inspirational for me, l know l can do it!!! emoticon Me emoticon emoticon emoticon
