My Goals:
I would like to lose 40 lbs. and exercise 3 to 4 days a week. I know this will make my overall health improve!

My Program:
I am making better food choices and am watching my sodium intake. I have been able to do aerobics 3x a week and am trying to add a couple of days of strength training all at home.

Personal Information:
My name is Lee Ann. I live in a small town and enjoy the slower paced life. I am semi-retired and work part time. I have two grown children. My husband and I have been married for 33 years.

Other Information:
I enjoy watching NASCAR races, reading, and playing with our cat and dog. I am also a General Hospital fan.

Hi! I have not heard from her at all, she seems to be MIA for sure. And I do miss her lots, I always looked forward to her cute blogs. I am officially on a spark break...just need more time to focus on getting well. Posted a new blog with more information. GH has been really good...loved how Ava showed up. Barely recognized her! Do you really think Julian will be able to leave the "business"-they always say on the show it is hard to do. Sonny would be glad to have his territory, etc.
I will check in off and on, the feed and will post my status. Have a nice long weekend! emoticon

Thanks for commenting on my blog and for the goodies. I am so bored right now...cabin fever. Did much better with my eating today and will try not to eat any more while watching Hugh Jackman in Australia. I have a whole collection of his DVD's, since he is my fave actor. Maybe I will have a movie marathon this weekend! Forcing myself to take a rest...it is so hard!
We will get there! Tell the hubby no more reverting back to bad habits! Mine does it all the time. I just read an article that said it your consume 400 calories over a weekend (my worst time)- you can pack on 5# in a year!! emoticon Imagine if you did more than that calorie count, like I have sometimes! Got to be careful!
