Yes, sounds like seasonal allergies to me too. I have them big time. I take antihistamine when I need it when going outside for sure. I take Flonase for a nasal spray (RX), and RX Qvar inhaler. Since taking that serrapeptase which helps mucous membranes I have gotten better over this last week...able to cut back on the allergy meds!!! We are going to keep on taking those! Hope you get that good supplement to help you. Oh, yeah it is chromium that is the other thing that is good for keeping diabetes at bay. So, make sure it has that. Have a good weekend. Sure was good to lose that pound...now if I can behave this weekend I will be seeing more lost pounds. So far so good for the most part. So hard. but emoticon

Thank you for letting me know about your results. So glad about the dermatology results! Sorry about the pre-diabetic and anemic results! When they told me I was pre-diabetic I had 3 months before my A!C and started taking lots of selenium and b-vitamins! Look into Muscletech Vita Build at Walmart. I feel so much better on them! I also like Youngevity Ultimate Classic- I take 2 of each, plus a another one from Youngevity (buy on Amazon) with more Selenium in it. Do you know my blood count went down and I was ok!? emoticon Supplements are so important, we just cannot get all the nutrition we need from food or else we would have to eat tons of it! I don't tell my Dr. how much I take-but she knows I take them. They freak out if they think you are taking more than the RDA. I have heard by a Dr. online that the bottle dosage is per one hundred pounds. So basically I get lots of nutrition everyday- I take 20 pills a day...yes, 20...a lot I know...but, it is also for my thyroid and joints (glucosamine). It really helps. I Think there is another vital nutrient you need for diabetes & I can't remember - really tired tonight and need to go to bed. I will let you know. Take care - glad you are much better!! Just watched GH and Sonny needs to be kicked! emoticon emoticon

Yes, I have a fitbit flex bracelet I have been using. It is 4 years old and still works! I feel naked without it! Next one I want is the new Fitbit Alta! Hope you have a good rest of your weekend! ❤

Hubby is the same way with weed eater. Last year I painted him a sign that said, No
Spraying without Management consent and presents. lol I think it is in my pictures, And it has worked. Every year he whacked off the mums, never has seen them bloom, come up every year just to get whacked off.
