My Goals:
I want to loose about 30 pounds and get healthier and fitter. I am also training for my first serious hike ever - Greenland in July.

My Program:
I plan to eat 1300-1500 calories a day and, three times a week, I will: do 2 X 10 real push-ups, my dumbbell program, 5 days a week I will do 35-60 minutes of low impact cardio (walking @2.5 miles and hour on a treadmill at 12% incline, with increasingly heavy backpack.

Personal Information:
I am a 62 year old avid walked (fast) and bird watcher. Most of my hobbies are sedentary (music, crafts and reading), but I am working at changing this.

MY favourite author is Jules Verne
