A New Year--A New Me!

I have been losing and gaining weight since I was just a kid. As long as I kept active, I seemed to be able to keep it under some amount of control. The problem is, I'm not naturally active--I'd rather sit, watch TV, read, knit--all very sedentary activities. But, I've reached THAT point where I think, "this is enough." It's time to make a change--no matter how hard it will be. And I know it will be hard to lose 175 pounds!

Look at that we are in two Teams together! Diabetes Challenge and 100+ are you doing the 25# quarterly challenge? I started that in Feb and have dropped 17#'s I won't make the whole 25#'s, but any thing is better than still carring the weight around. Hope to hear from you from tme to time. I know that you can get week 5 behind you!
