Personal Information:
I have a wonderful husband who I have been with for 38 years and hope more. I have two children a Son (Samuel) 36 and Daughter (Leah) 34 & Son in Law (Marlon) 33 & Grandson (Xander) 1. All the kids are in the Army - I am very proud of my kids - Had a grand son Xander Sept 2, 2014 - July 27, 2009, and Feb 10, 2011 - I was honored to be selected as a Spark people Motivator!


Other Information:
I love to sing and I love to Sew, Quilt, Play cards, swim, camp, fish, hunt, bake cakes for people, (wedding, birthday any cake) ride my motorcycle, - if there is something I have not done - you name it I would like to try it - if I haven't done it yet.

    When walking, let's be POSTURE PERFECT!! Standing up straight while you walk engages your abdominal muscles and helps you burn even more calories! emoticon Practice these tips to better posture!

    emoticon Keep your shoulders down and back.

    emoticon Turn your chest toward the sky.

    emoticon Draw your navel into your spine.

    emoticon Bend your elbows to 90 degrees and relax your hands.

    When you increase your walking speed, concentrate on making your steps faster, not lengthening your stride.
