My Goals:
To reach my goal weight of 130-120 lbs in sometime in 2010.

My Program:
I try not to eat more than 1,200 calories a day, but I listen to my body and eat when I am hungry. I am also exercising 5-6 times per week (per doctors order), but doing a mix of cardio, pilates, yoga and dancing.

Other Information:
I am welcome to any and all; just be cool and remember that there is no need to be negative.

I don't know about you, but it is amazing how hard it is to make sure I get 8 hours of sleep. So like you I want to focus on being renewed and staying motivated. Although this is definitely a challenge for me, I know I can do successfully. So let's do this together. Take care.

emoticon on winning the challenge. We did a Biggest Loser at work also and people had to pay for their cheating. I won $100. It was great! I also lost around the same amount you did in the same time frame. Keep it up. Slow and steady wins the race. I'm cheering for you. Happy "small plate" Thanksgiving.
