Hi Shel!

Thanks for stopping by my page. I've been doing great. Slowly but surely, the weight is still coming off. I've even started teaching a dance class for exercise on Monday nights and I've re-joined the gym. Making better choices with what I eat too. I'm starting to see a difference in the way I look, but I still have a long way to go.

How have you been?

Hey Shell, Welcome back! I am with you on the walk deal. Winter has overstayed its welcome and I am dreading having a short summer. I just bought a new pair of asics and I am anxious to test them out. How far do you plan to walk? emoticon

Wow! Hi Shel! I was so surprised to receive a message from you. Hope you are doing great. I still pop in here at Spark people every now and then. Hard to believe it has been 7 yrs. since I first joined. And yes, so glad for spring to have arrived. Not sure about the getting out to walk part though. I work 2 jobs (about 70 hours per week.) Not much spare time!
