My Goals:
It's 2010, and my goals have not changed. My short term goal is to lose 22 pounds; my long term goal is to maintain this weight loss by educating myself on how to take care of my body with a proper diet for life.
My Program:
Currently, I am exercising three times per week and very carefully monitoring what I eat, especially snacks. Since I have a problem with eating at all, this is very important as it's common for me to eat one meal per day.
Other Information:
I love to sing, and I love to sew, especially as it contributes to the "peace" of others! I believe in the greatest commandment of God, which is "thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these."
