Thanks for commenting on my blog. I found what I think is close to the peppers from back home, they were called hoagie topping or something like that, made from hot cherry peppers.. I didn't get them only because I couldn't see buying the whole jar since at most I would of used would be a tablespoon. I did use a pinch of cayenne pepper, it was spicy to me but for anyone who can eat jalapenos they wouldn't of thought it was spicy at all!
For xmas the standing plan currently is a small standing rib roast, a spiral cut ham, green bean casserole maybe or roasted green beans with a mushroom gravy, and either mashed potatoes or scalloped potatoes.
Not to mention all the cookies that are made prior to the 25th.

I am so annoyed with myself because I just re-read your comments on my "popsicles" blog and realized I forgot to take your (daughter's) excellent suggestion about the humidifier. Payton is finally on the mend, returning to his loud and silly ways. It was so strange to have him be so quiet. I am glad to get this behind us, and I bet you are, too. I knew we could not have a repeat of last year, when he missed several chunks of school due to tonisillitis. I was spoiled because he rarely got sick or missed school prior to that, so I knew we had to do something. I hope your girls are feeling great and that you are all enjoying summer as it winds down. Take care. emoticon
