Fit, healthy and happy

That's the goal I'm going for! There's no happiness of eating foods that won't nourish ur body! There's no happiness in being under or overweight because ur body won't perform on it's finest!

I have always been fit but then I gained weight during depression and knee injury. I gained 20+ kgs.
I haven't gotten rid of my knee injury but strenghtening my knees and my body overally makes me strong and fit!
I lost my weight and went even under my teen weight and I remained ...

I lost my weight and went even under my teen weight and I remained there as I mainly ate healthy but then binged on sweets as my body really needed more food. I didn't eat enough despite my binge.
I started healthier journey and I started exercising healthy BUT I still didn't eat enough which appeared as increased body fat and muscle loss.
Currently eating healthy. My plate consists of 30% fat, 35% protein, 35% carbs or 30% fat, 30% protein, 40% carbs.
I workout daily! But my workouts are 4 days cardio, 2 of them are with weights to not decrease muscle amount. 2-3 days lifting weights for muscle endurance. 5 days dedicated on body relaxing and deep stretches and muscle recovery training.
Many would say I could work out less, but the joy working out gives me I don't wish to replace. I rather eat then more.
