Thanks for the flyby on my page... things are good here. I'm focusing more on my nutrtion than I have in a long time. Planning meals days in advance, packing lunches, tracking every morsel, drinking more water and less caffeine. That is really my main focus right now. That obstacle 5k sounds like a challenge you can totally conquer. No 5ks for me, I finally allowed myself to figure out that I just don't enjoy running LOL. I think for a while I used that as a measure as to how thin I was or well I was doing on my journey and it only made me feel worse. I certainly will run here and there and I WILL still run a complete 5k but I'm no longer hanging it over my own head.
That feeling many get from a run or a getting a personal best time, I'm finding in trying new cardio classes or working on building my ST routine.
I'm doing a weight loss challenge with friends and while I know I won't come in first, I'm 2.7lbs away from the goal I set with one week left to go.
