Just spreading the spark and dropping by to see how you're doing with this brand new, fresh and fabulous New Year!!!! I'm on the Weight Watcher team and would love to see the team spirit come alive! I started WW in late September and love the points plus program --- it's working very well for me --- just as they say "WW works (if you "work" the program)!!!! I'm still on Christmas break and have had time today to find some recipe sites with WW pts.+ noted -- I posted on the team page a link to a list of these sites --- some I knew about, but others were new to me --- stop by and take a look if you need some new recipes to kick off 2014!

Well HELLO THERE! Thanks for adding me as a sparkbuddy. I am happy to see you back on SP and look forward to seeing you on my friend feed.

Big news today: I reached my initial goal weight of 165, seven months early. Perfect timing for tonight's celebratory dinner. It is a New Year for me in more ways than one.

Now I just have to avoid going too crazy on the Kung Pow 'Chicken' tonight...
