Living the healthy life!!!

I am 33 years old, married with a 5 year old and a 6 month old. I am trying to lose weight and live a healthier lifestyle. I need help staying motivated and realizing when I need to say No to bad foods! I want to change and I am determined to do so. I want to be a role model for my family and show them that being healthy is important.

Thank you for sending me a note. I am definitely leaning toward getting the 21 day fix. When cooking for my family we mainly eat healthy but I think sometimes we eat too much and not always in the right proportions. The 21 day fix looks pretty straight forward and an easier way to calculate portions and combinations. Thank you for your input.
