My name is Yvette, I just graduated college this year, and am personal training and instructing fitness classes to help me stay accountable and consistent with trying to reach my own goals, as well as helping others in theirs :) i love martial arts and being active, but because of my weight I always felt uncomfortable participating because it seemed like it was a prerequisite to be fit. I finally overcame my apprehension, found some martial arts classes i could join, and after a while of those & going to the gym steadily, then developing better eating habits, i feel so much better about myself and my health and fitness. Im currently trying to lose my last 15-20 lbs which has been yo yo-ing up and down for like a year now.... super pain in the butt.
