3rd week after lapband surgery

my name is Val , I'm married with 2 grown girls. I'm 46 and I've had 3 back surgeries. I also will need 2 more someday .I'm hoping with having lapband done , I'll loss enough weight that I get my back and leg stronger. After my lapband my left shoulder hurt alot and my stomach hurt till a couple days ago now it only hurts at times. It still hurts when I yawn also on the left side it hurts but not as much as it did

I can sleep on my back and my right side but so far I haven't been able to sleep on my left side and that's the side I usually sleep on . I had to change sides of the bed with my husband . We're both not comfortable but I couldn't even get up from the bed on the right side. I 'm gonna try to go back to my side of the bed tonight !! I hope I don't wake up in pain . I love sweets , Iv'e been making recipes from a cookbook named The Sneaky Chief and they are good , they're also good for the bran cause I have a problem with constipation . My pain med's have the side affects which give me constipation but drinking water ( which is hard ) and the bran cookies help .
11/05/09 I had my band and one yr later exact I had it turned around.

My Goals:
I can't wait to get my 1st fill. My most important goal is to get my leg and back stronger so I don't need or have to use my Cane anymore.. I had to get it cause my leg got weak after 3 back surgeries. I guess I'm lucky to be able to do as much as I can. But I want more..lol

Get my leg stronger so I don't need to use the cane anymore!!
As of 3/1/10 I have 15lbs to go to get on the Wi-plus.

11/05/10 had to go back in to get my band fixed cause the port turned around , he had to turn it around.
So had to stop exercising for about 4-6 weeks

I'm married 30 yrs going on 31 in march.
2 girls , 25 and 30yrs.
I'm 47yrs
Had 3 back surgeries, which lead me to lap- band.
As of 1/30/10 weight 345
highest 372 and 368 when I started my band journey.
As of 5/5/10 I'm 337lbs
Other Information:
I love my I-phone.
11/05/09 I had my band put in and A yr later 11/05/10 I went in to have my band fixed . It needed to be flipped over . Somehow it flipped the wrong way. It went good so far. I go in 11/15/10 to have it checked.
He had to take out 3 cc's when he did it cause he didn't want my tummy get too tight.
Im hoping he puts it back in when I go in for my visit.
Healing is going really well . I didn't do too much over the week end but today ( MOn. ) I did what I usually do and Im ok so far.
Im bloated some but its going down some.
Im glad its over . But it was a fast procedure compared to when they 1st put it in.
I baby my doggies.
I can't wait till August !
That's when I get my daughters Lap-Top! Yeh !
Found a new collar for doggie's to walk them and Love it!!
It goes around the nose and neck --so much easier walking them, wish I had it along time ago.
