MAR 2009 changed to healther diet. Under Drs supervision, I am on 1200 calorie diet -Center for Medical Wgt Loss. APR 2009 -back to Curves. -love it there and closer to work and on my way home- NO EXCUSES! JUNE 2009-adding YOGA stretches to the routine. d
