My Program:
**Train for 5K with a podcast I found and take the dog with me. **Cardio in AM for 30 minutes, 1 round of 1 strength training machine. **Two sessions of pilates a week for flexibility **Water bottles back out and used all day **Only natural sweeteners (maple syrup and stevia leaves)
Personal Information:
I'm a mom of 3 and a full time substitute teacher. My husband and I have been together for almost ten years. I scrapbook, knit, read when I'm not cooking gluten-free for my family, running a Girl Scout troop, and serving as moderator (board president) for my UU church. I'm in the process of researching a small business plan with a former college roommate and good friend!
