Still going strong 4/7/14 begins week #21 of my personal 24 week BL challenge (again)!

I'm so sick and tired of losing the same weight but I gotta keep trying until I get it right. I'm proud to report I stayed on track during the holidays and that is a 'major' accomplishment.

This time around I've found some foods that are both enjoyable and satisfying. And, yes, I eat fried chicken sometimes. Denying myself is not working long term. My new strategy is if I eat it I ...

My Goals:
To live a long, healthy lifestyle and look great while doing it!

My Program:
I eat a pretty well-balanced diet including an abundance of veggies/fruits/nuts chicken & fish. I do some sort of cardio 3-4 days a week and weight lift 3 days a week. I feel great and I'm not looking so shabby either for turning 55 in Nov 2013. I'm so glad to be alive and well. Thank God!

Personal Information:
I'm a Philly girl with a wonderful husband we've been married 31 years. We have four great kids in good health (thank you Jesus) and 2 grands. God has been good and we are truly blessed!

Other Information:
I love comedy shows more than anything, as well as fashion, traveling, walking outdoors and delicious cuisine. Enjoy various types of music especially old school gospel and old school R&B. My motto is: Live, love and LOL often.
