Confession of Failure

I lost 15 lbs over a year ago and gained it all back and then some in just a few short months. I'm disgusted and frustrated. It's time to lose it and to keep it off. My goal is 20 pounds. I need SP for my accountability.

Now, I noticed SOMETHING. That majority of us who would want to lose weight have problem of EATING FAST.
