Stop mindlessly snacking on high-fat foods like nuts & cheese: DONE!
Fit in a dress that I wore 4 years ago that I love.
I have been converted to the "real food" movement, and feel that I am taking steps towards a healthier life by consuming organic fruits and vegetables, limited whole grains, and local dairy and meats that have been treated humanely.
I've been all over the world but I haven't found any place that feels like a true home. I guess that means I have to keep looking!
