Hello! I'm a 22 year old recent college graduate looking to make some big changes in my life. I am currently in the process of trying to make my life better by getting really healthy and losing weight. I'm also in the process of looking for my first post-college job which has been a roller-coaster ride so far. I'm hoping that I can get both of these two things on track at the same time!

July 19th: 333.6 (starting weight)
July 26th: 321.6
August 2nd: 318.0
August 9th: 318.6
August 16th: 312.8
August 23rd: 311.8
August 30th: did not weigh
September 6th: 309.4
September 13th: 305.0
September 20th: did not weigh

October 4th: did not weigh
October 11th: 300.4 (end of Biggest Loser =33.2 lbs lost)

My Program:
I am eating a BALANCED meal/snack every 2-3 hours. I'm looking at this as more of a lifestyle change than diet because I want what I'm doing to last a lifetime.

Also, I joined my local YMCA and am doing different aerobics classes including water aerobics and Zumba several times/week and do cardio and strength training as well. I've especially enjoyed swimming laps in the lap pool because I LOVE the water!
