Update: 06/06/2016:
I'm baaaaaack. So, I went from 226 to 153. I fell off the fitness wagon and went back up to 164. I refuse to go back to where I was. I thought I could do this on my own, but truth is, I can't. I need daily motivation and constant reminders. I have come to terms that I have to eat healthy and exercise at least 5 days per week.

I started over on April 29th, 2012, with the "Spring into Shape Bootcamp" here on Sparkpeople. And I lost 15lbs from April to August. In August my job decided to give everyone a Weight Watchers membership and things took off from there. They really spent a lot of time showing us how to eat. Now, 10/18/12, I am 30 lbs lighter and still working toward my goal.

My Goals:
To go from 226 pounds to my old self which was about 170 lbs. I know that is still considered unhealthy to some people but I loved myself when I was this size and looked my best. I had more energy and was proud to be a beautiful healthy woman. So this is what I am reaching toward for now and will make other goals once that time comes.


My Program:
Find time to exercise. And stop making excused when it's time to work out.

    lol..that's too funny about the poses..I'm actually SCARED to death of the camera, and I hate taking pics. I'm glad that you find motivation in those before and after...It's a reminder to me to keep going..It gets difficult and stressful, but I keep it moving.
