Every day is a blessing!
My name is Peggy and I am 60 years young. My DH and I have been married for 36 years(2/23). We have 4 beautiful children. Three girls and the youngest is the boy. Their ages 35, 32, 25 and 21. My oldest daughter is married. We have a precious grandson as you can see in my picture. His name is Grayson and 6 years old. We have a dog Katie. She is something else.
I have severe copd/emphysema. I have gone through all of the testing and waiting to be officially put on the lung ...

I like to read, bake, cross stitch. Some day I would like to learn how to crochet.

My Goals:
My main goal is to stay healthy for the lung transplant. Next I want to maintain the weight I am at right now. I have lost 27 pounds since I found out I was diabetic.
My Program:
I am in pulmonary rehab now. The one thing I am proud of is that I can now walk 1 mile on the treadmill in 20 minutes. I also use the arm bike to help my upper body.
