In your profile info, it says you are preparing for a 10k--is that recent or did you already do it? I've taken up running lately and have enjoyed it. I've focused on the 5k b/c I love the idea of running fast and I want to keep improving my speed. I think the 10k gets me a little nervous b/c I know I'd need to keep up almost the same speed at double the distance... I'm a wimp, I guess :)
