I'm almost fifty (yikes), married, and work freelance in Hollywood as a Director and Assistant Director...so work hours can be zero for weeks at a time then jump to 14 hour days. Most work days are minimum 10 hours.

So keeping on a schedule of proper food (when there's junk food constantly everywhere on a set) and exercise can be a challenge when I'm working.

Just dropping by to say hello. Wow, what kind of movies, shows, etc. do you work on? I'm green with envy over the weather out there. I've been out to visit my daughter in San Diego a couple of times but haven't got to Hollywood yet-maybe next trip.
