Lots of fruits, veggies and foods high in fiber, low in fat. I do not allow myself to get hungry so I eat every few hours. The snacks I select are around 100-140 calories and mainly consist of fruits and whole wheat grains. I also allow myself to a FREE day with no guilt and believe this has contributed to my success!

hi!! thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment on my blog. little things like that really help, as i'm sure you know. you look like you are doing great too. i wish there was a ymca around me that was open when i was available to go. i miss the pool and swimming. that is such awesome exercise and it's fun too!! i guess that is something my gym is lacking --- water workouts. lol. keep up the awesome job and stop by as often as you like!!!
