I saw your response on one of the message boards about not losing more. Your food tracker today shows that you were under 1200. That's the absolute minimum daily intake that SP advises. Your body may be in starvation mode & is hanging on to every pound wondering if there will be enough energy to keep functioning properly. It's hard to understand that eating too little results in no weight loss, but it's true. There are a lot of helpful articles on SP if you enter that topic in search.
