Personal Information:
8/05 docs found a tumor in my chest. 9/05 they removed & found it benign Castleman Disease. Doc said you can get up & start walking or lay there & die of pneumonia. I started walking, which turned into running (never ran before). 7/06 was in a triathlon in FL, 10/07 ran half marathon.

Thanks lady!! I appreciate you stopping by my page and leaving a comment! Yeah, it is crazy how things progress with time. :)

I don't even use my Nike+ anymore because I have a Garmin. So, the accessories get more expensive as you go! haha!!

How are things going with you? I see that you are still around Spark so that is good!!!

Thanks again!! ((HUGS))

Hi! I just read a post that you wrote about p90x. You said that you and your hubby had phenomenal results with the program, so I just wanted to ask you a few questions. Did you follow the nutrition plan that goes with the program? Did you do more than one round of it? How long did it take before you started seeing some changes?

Thanks in advance!

Hi there
I did a search on Sparkpeople for Castlemans.... I have just had a lump removed from my chest that came back from the lab as Castlemans and am trying to get as much info as I can. It seems to be such a rare thing, and I feel very much alone. The doctors aren't sure yet whether it is unicentric (efectively benign) or multicentric (effectively malignant) and they are unsure how to find out.... the strategy seems to be wait and see if another tumor grows somewhere else. Any info you have on this would be very much appreciated!

Thank you so much for commenting on my blog. Nothing like getting an eye opener. Congrats on all your success, you are amazing. My dream is to some day run. Actual run even if it were just a mile. I am working toward that and living. God Bless you and thank God He spared you and gave you the strength to want your life. Again you are an amazing woman.
Blessings, Em
