I would like to maintain happiness, and a balanced well-being of my mind, body and soul. I lost an aunt on 14/05/14, this reminded me of how much balance in one's life counts so much. So this year will be the year of balance :)
I have been very active since October last year averaging 3-5 days a week of aerobics, swimming, Zumba, and yoga. I am currently doing Insanity again and Shaun T is kicking my butt!! But is all good :)
