You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.

We are here for you! We'll help you climb that mountain. You'll find us on the rocky slopes, the shady valleys, the wild flower meadows, the glacier lakes.

Hi. Sorry it's taken me a while to answer the message you left for me the other day on one of my status messages. My best advice is education. It's so important to educate yourself on everything health. And, never give up but don't kick yourself if you have a bad day. I had one day every week where I allowed myself to have some treats. I want to be thin & healthy but not at the expense of happiness or feeling left out in social situations. Push yourself very hard but don't strive for perfection.

How ya doing girlie? I'm stil hanging in there. I think the first couple of weeks are the hardest. Trying to figure out how to get all my calories in not to mention the protein I need. Oh the joys of being diabetic. :) God bless.
