Why do I let myself make progress and then throw it all away by losing focus of my goals??? Once again, I am relaunching my SparkPeople efforts. This time it is with the help of my iTouch - the app for food and fitness tracking is absolutely incredible and a HUGE aid to help me with compliance and focus.
