My Goals:
get back to my prebaby weight -- my oldest is 7 so if's been a while. But fitter -- not just thin. Stronger To run a full 5k (no walking this time)
My Program:
Weight training 2-3x per week Running 2-3x per week, working my way up to a 5k. healthy eating
