get back to my prebaby weight -- my oldest is 7 so if's been a while.

But fitter -- not just thin.

To run a full 5k (no walking this time)

Weight training 2-3x per week

Running 2-3x per week, working my way up to a 5k.

I'm a mommy to 2 awesome kids 7 and 4 and a wife to wonderful and supportive man.
I've been vegetarian since my daughter was born and I am currently working on the transition to a fully plant-based diet.

How are your fab abs?? Mine aren't too bad, but I do feel the sit-ups in my lower back a bit. It has been a while since I have done full blown sit-ups as opposed to crunches.

I just updated our mileage on the thread. The three of us officially crossed 100 miles for 2013! Go us!! emoticon

Very cool! Both on the HM and the 13 races! That will definietly keep you motivated to keep moving! I might steal that idea. I can definitely think of 6 that I know I want to to... Hmmm. This might take some planning.

Thank you for your comment on my blog and your support. Your story really encourages me to continue. Unfortunately, running outside is not an option for me right now, as my neighborhood is not runner-friendly at all!
