It Never Gets Easier
Well, don't you know that a couple months after receiving "The Spark", I found out I was pregnant. Still applied the basic principles, but obviously without losing weight. I have to say that between having an active job (I work retail) and still trying to run, walk, lift weights and do prenatal yoga, I've only gained eight pounds through the entire pregnancy, thus far, so I definitely have SparkPeople to thank for that! My due date is December 23, 2010, and I'm both excited and terrified -- it's my first baby. Already know it's a boy and have a name, so that's all taken care of, at least. I know I keep changing my intro as opposed to new blog updates, but so much happens and changes that it seems necessary. :) I really hope to get back into the full swing of Sparking as soon as I can and truly live the SparkPeople ideals.

My Goals:
Being fairly active, would like to continue that, but make better food choices with my husband and for life.
My Program:
Walking, walking and more walking -- and up and down stairs -- all day long with my job, then trying to jog/walk at least three days a week. Strength training and prenatal yoga at least twice a week, though would like to do the yoga more often!
Personal Information:
Preparing for the birth of my first child, which is fun and scary and overwhelming. Have had a picture-perfect pregnancy, thus far, so hope to have a quick recovery and good exercise/quality time with my son!
