Halfway to Healthy

I have lost 30-35 lbs since this time last year and I have about 40-45 more to get to my goal weight. I want to lose weight primarily because of diabetes that runs in my family, but also because being active and healthy is so much more enjoyable than being tired and cranky.

I want to be at a "healthy" weight by my 40th birthday.

My Program:
Right now I am focusing on exercising consistently, up to 6 days a week, and getting in extra activity when I can. I also REALLY avoid sugar, and try to eat veggies all day long.

I saw a post you made recommending The Cheat System Diet by Jackie Wicks. You mentioned you had been following it for 8 weeks. Are you still using it? The diet sounds wonderful and based on your review I ordered the book.
It sounds balanced and nutritious without thinking too much. : )
