New Year - New goals

Exercise every day with a SP video - not excluding other exercise
go to the gym 2 - 3 x a week (look into aqua-aerobics)
track food on nutrition tracker
strive for 10,000 steps a day
reconnect by having lunch at least twice a month with people at work
go for it on the job by producing the content, being proactive and focused. In other words being who I am!
Slow down and rest on weekends - get off the merry go round!

Thanks for commenting on my blog. I liked the nutritionist. She said nothing is off limits, just limit certain things. Insurance pays for her, thankfully. She said I was not eating enough protein, so I need to add protein to breakfast and lunch.

Thank you for your comment on the FitBit/Pedometer. As I learn more about how it works I'm sure I will sort things out to my satisfaction but when one is learning there are many questions that arise. I have joined the FitBit team too which should be helpful. It seems to me that most FitBit users like them once they get used to them. emoticon
