My goal is to do what the doctor ordered. I'm going to two different doctors right now. One for my emotions and the other for my health. This year will bring real changes because I am making the moves I should had years ago. Love empowers and builds. Love doesn't tear down the spirit.
My program will be to do what worked well for me. What worked well for me were the following things:
1-- cleansing 2-- strength training 3-- cardio (working up to 10k steps dailyl) 4-- hip hop abs
I'd like to add Zumba since I had the program for 2 years and never used it.
I'm a mother and I basically just survive life. But that will change very soon.
I'm also a Workforce Development Trainer for business administration staff who want to learn web content management.
Do what makes you happy. If it doesn't hurt anyone else how can anyone be mad at you doing what is best for you?
Exercise, moving on, closing that door....I know I am worth it and I'm not going to allow anyone else who show me less than I deserve to come enter my private circle ever again.
Hey lady! How's stuff? I'm back to spark now... I just had a baby girl 9 weeks ago, moved 600 miles away for hubby's work, and an trying to get back on it. Being an emotional eater, all this moving stress with a toddler and newborn... Crazy. Hope all is well with you!
