Thanks for comment on my blog and I am with you I would go with nuts and peanut butter. They are handy and easy to carry around. I should add in dried fruits although it is had to find ones without added oil. Have a wonderful weekend.
Thank you for the comment on my blog. I expected the results I got, and I know it could've been worse. The contest I am in, we have to weigh-in 1x a week and have it recorded by a fitness counselor here at work. I guess it keeps from messing up too bad. Have a wonderful week!
