Getting older and better
I'm a 48 year old woman living in beautiful Colorado. I've already lost 18 pounds and have 21 to go. Working on debunking the middle age weight gain myth. To update - the original entry was made in May. I am now 49 and lost 38 pounds! I feel like a new person. I have 7 to go to my goal. Well, I'm human. Lost 40, gained back 10.
