My Goals:
My measurable goals for 2013 include: -lose 5 lbs of fat -gain 5 lbs of muscle -improve shoulder mobility (I have a specific test I hope to pass) My general goal for 2013 is to become stronger, faster, more agile, and more coordinated while remaining injury-free.
My Program:
I am following the precision nutrition system for healthy eating. I am strength training with kettlebells (RKC hard style), free weights, and body weight exercises. I am running a little (barefoot), working out on the stairmaster, and doing Z-Health for joint mobility.
