Thank you for stopping by my blog bout the "little things" and I noticed you said on your page that you've been on many diets but have not really made a change in your life.

Some advice: forget the word "diet" they just give us a different way of eating for a certain amount of time, during which we usually lose a few lbs. Those same pounds come rushing back, and bring friends along, once we revert back to our normal eating style. So rather than a DIET, what you really need is a Lifestyle Change -- something you will stick with for the rest of your life. Don't try to do it all at once, go slow, never eliminate anything, just cut down on portions, making some very small and infrequent. Like for me, I love pecan pie with ice cream -- and believe me, it's been over a year now since I've let the temptation overcome me!
