Think positive, what a exeperience you are going to complete! i just did 7.5 kms in 85 mins and thats just walking at my pace .. not sure if its good but at least iam trying.. I appreciate your comment on "the Slowest Loser". You seem unshakeably optimistic and maybe a touch literal minded (I guess). The list shows how I pre-qualify for "The Slowest Loser" show!
(Perhaps you don't know that on Quiz shows, people have to pre-qualify before they become contestants ?) For the record, I did lose 7 pounds in 4-1/2 months with SP. It did not come off in the right places and I am very close to my weight goal. I'd weighed nearly 85 pounds more than now when I was 24, and been heavy until age 49 (with occasional dips to normal weight that lasted only a few months at a time).
Above all, this was a little tongue in cheek ... JOKE! I want Bruce to get "High Ratings" on his Show!
Hello! Just read your comments, very interesting. I've been a member of Spark for awhile, joined because I now live in Brazil and was needing support in weight loss goals. I have lost and kept off the weight but now am very interested in maybe getting rid of alcohol altogether. I am struggling with this. I work really hard and living here is also a huge task and at the end of the day I feel like is having a glass of wine or two (or like tonight a tequila) a huge problem?
