SMART GOAL
am going to be fit and healthy at 170-175 lbs by exercise 3-4x wk with curves, walks, bowling, swimming, dvd or wii, journal, portions control. A lifestyle change so I can maintain at goal wt. I WILL plan my menus and exercising.

I will become a KOPS I am an area captain and I want to be an example of what tops can do.

In February I can do this as I will have no excuses as I am moving by walking paths, exercise room. I will have my DVD and WII ...

My Goals:
SHORT TERM GOAL #1 (BY JULY 14 MY BIRTHDAY)
I will be at 189 or lower by getting exercise at least 10 minutes 5 times a week and by journaling all foods eaten and drinking 64 oz water. I will make menu plan and will add more veggies and fruit into the plan.

MEDIUM TERM GOAL #2 (BY SEPT 15TH) I will be at 175. I will love or tolerate to walk. I will track my exchanges. I will be drinking my water and enjoy eating fruits and veggies and sugar is out of my diet except for an occasional treat.

LONG TERM GOAL #3 (BY DECEMBER 30TH) I will have learn how to maintain my goal weight. I will be an KOPS at TOPS. I will know the exchange so I am able to teach it to others.

SHORT SHORT TERM GOAL #4 (BY JUNE 1) I want to be 5+ pounds down. I want to work the flex diet. Journaling will become easier . Learn new recipes. Put garden in.
