I love Spark People! I've been here for about three years and lost a lot of weight. Then I lost focus and gained it back. Going through a rough personal time now and have dropped about 25 pounds. At first I was stoked, but now I worry that it's unhealthy. I'm around 130 now and would like to stay there in a healthy way. I stared taking anti-anxiety meds a few months ago after my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I'm feeling better and have stopped losing - which is good. But ...

At first I was stoked, but now I worry that it's unhealthy. I'm around 130 now and would like to stay there in a healthy way. I stared taking anti-anxiety meds a few months ago after my mom was diagnosed with cancer. I'm feeling better and have stopped losing - which is good. But now I need to focus on my health and exercise - I've kinda lost interest! I'm going to make a p0int to get out and run at least three times per week. Shouldn't be hard as it was an everyday thing just a few months ago. The first step is the hardest....
