REVAMP 9/17/15

I decided it was time to change some things on this page (including deleting some blogs and such that just trigger unkind thoughts about myself). If I am going to move forward, I need to not look back at what I did not do before. I had great ideas, but for whatever reason, I did not stick it out. But I am stronger now spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. I am going to use that to press forward. I changed the mindset of my weight loss from "I need to lose an entire overweight person's weight to get healthy" to "I just need to lose a bag of dog food at a time". I am more open about what I am doing at home, at work, at church, and especially with my best friend. Taking the time to adjust to things before the next change, and not stressing over small set backs!

My Goals:
To have my outside reflect what I feel inside.
To learn to do what is best for me at this point in time, not get caught up in others ideas or issues.


My Program:
-Get at least 15 minutes of exercise a day (typically more but a minimum)
-Plan meals and snacks for the week, relaxing a little on the weekend.
-Learning true moderation.
-Starting strength training, which I did not do consistently before.
-Not stress as this is a lifestyle not a diet.





Personal Information:
I live in the small town of Mauriceville, Texas. Not much to do or see here but I like it. I teach Sunday School for my church and try to keep up with my nieces and nephews as much as possible.
