My Goals:
Debt Free at 175 lbs and still healthy and enjoying the things I do and people I meet. I love to meet new friends and help out when I can. Always try to leave things better than you found them.

My Program:
Trying to work less long hours and double shifts, while going to 24 hr fitness and catching the spinning classes 1-2 a week. Eating much less but trying to remeber to eat smaller portions more frequently.

Personal Information:
Still bouncing around Southern California. From homes in Simi Valley, to a home in Costa Mesa and a homes in the deserta nd family and friends all along the way. It's great to be mobile and I hope to continue even more economically on 2 wheels again soon.

Other Information:
For real down time, a Piers Anthony novel and a large bath tub for over night reading , soaking and followed by a great nights rest.

Looking back on the great days when I played Beach Volleyball 3-5 times a week in the mid 1980's, or swimming 2-3 hours a day on weekdays in the 1970's. Now it's driving for a hour to sit at a desk for hours. Why can't we all swim to work or swing from vines. There would be far fewer injuries when accidents happen and far healthier people. emoticon
