Seems like I'm back at square 1. I have not been doing the things I know I need to do to stay on track : ( I am starting over and hopefully stick to it.

I'm a 40 year old mother of a 21 year old Son. When I first signed up on Sparkpeople I don't think that I was really ready to commit to the challenge of losing the weight I managed to put on over the last 2 years. I can now proudly say that I have taken some action to change that. I work out 4 to 5 days a week and try to be mindful of the things that I eat. My goal is to make this my lifestyle not a DIET.

Since I started this journey I have had a birthday I am now 41 years old. I am down 28 lbs. This has been a long hard journey I am keeping my head up and trying to stay strong and on course.

Well it loks like I lost 8 total pounds for this challenge it is a little shy of what I wanted to lose but I will take it none the less.

I watch what I eat and I exercise 4 to 5 times a week. I find that using the food diary helps me stay on track.
