I just recently had my first child the end of October so now for the first time in my life I know what it feels like to truly need to lose more than just a few pounds. Although I have bounced back pretty quick I still have some goals I would like to accomplish.

My ultimate goal is to complete a half marathon which is in April. I do good for a couple of days and then the one thing I enjoy more than exercises gets the best of me--hanging out with my two boys. Working a full time ...

Working a full time job and being a new mom makes it hard to fit in a good work out daily, but I'm ready to start a strict routine in order to accomplish my goals.

My Goals:
30 lbs by my birthday

Complete a half marathon in April

Get back into my pre-pregnancy jeans comfortably

My Program:
To complete a running program I have which has me doing sprints on Tuesday and Thursday. I also want to get up early Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and walk for at least an hour. On the days I am walking I want to do pilates after work.
